Interior Design

We interpret the space and enhance the way our guests and clients enjoy in our facilities through our domain of the colour, layout, acoustics and lighting, using our own designed furniture and fabrics.
Our interior designers plan responding to the ‘identity’ of the given space, as well as taking on-board demands of physical wellbeing, and performance needs of the space in question, with an unrivalled mix of traditional and contemporary approach, creating a story evoking both style and mood in the main areas of our lifestyle interiors: residential, commercial, retail and common areas.
Funding

Thanks to our strategic alliance to IBGroup we are ready, willing and able to assist entrepreneurs worldwide (either if they love horses like we do, or not)
We are ready willing and able to fund projects worldwide that may be of our interest either residential as commercial, private or public.
Our approach is not only based in terms of profitability, but we also consider if project consists in green energy or smart city developments, leisure and tourism projects, what is the benefit to the public? etc.
We understand funding as an investment, so our business model may be either as Syndication or as Participative Loan (equity + principal & interest rate to be reimbursed) supported by IBGroup pool of investors & partners.
